I am afraid this is the first of a number of such cases that could come up in the future. :(
I especially like Kathy because of the way she redefined tech books. I may not like them sometimes, but I appreciate the fact that she has gone away from the herd. I personally think the Headfirst HTML book is a work of art, worthy of high praise.

Kathy, absurdly, got death threats. That’s why she stopped blogging. I still can’t believe a blogger was threatened; it’s not like we’re journalists.
