It was good when it lasted.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am afraid this is the first of a number of such cases that could come up in the future. :(&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I especially like Kathy because of the way she redefined tech books. I may not like them sometimes, but I appreciate the fact that she has gone away from the herd. I personally think the Headfirst HTML book is a work of art, worthy of high praise.&lt;/p&gt;
